Conversion lists updated

I’ve updated C12C2.html and SP2C2.html of the conversion lists, there are a few downloads that are now dead that I need to find working downloads for.
I haven’t updated C22C2.html yet, I’d like to get working links for everything before continuing as it seems that with the loss of a few of the old websites, we’re now missing a few downloads.
