C12C2 updated

I’ve just updated the C12C2.html conversions list and added Halogaland’s Leadpumper, I neglected to add Toshiba’s Cullwing though as it completely slipped my mind. I’ll add that tomorrow.

Please note the PSX mod is still alive, I’m just waiting for my new system to arrive before I continue work on it.
